details of new dances to be shared this week are as follows:

- 'Muevelo Cha Cha' by Ayu Permana. 64 count, 2 wall, intermediate level dance with 3 restarts. Steps are relatively easy, well choreographed to the nice song used - 'Muevelo' by Rey Ruiz.

- 'Beijo'  by Rep Ghazali-Meaney. 64 count, 2 wall , intermediate level dance. Note the SIX restarts.  Music used is 'Uh La La' by Morandi.

We shall be revising an old favourite:

- 'Language of Love' by Brett Jenkins. 68 count, 4 wall, intermediate level dance.  Great song used for the dance - 'I Don't Know What She Said' by Blaine Larsen

details of the two dances we are sharing this week are as follows:

- 'Zumba'  by Jose Miguel Belloque Vane and Roy Verdonk. 64 count, 2 wall, intermediate level dance. No tags, no restarts. A nicely choreographed dance to a good track -  "Zumba" by Este Habana.

- 'Boys Will Be Boys'  by Rachael McEnaney. 64 count, 2 wall , intermediate level dance with no tags, no restarts. Song used is "Boys Will Be Boys" by Paulina Rubio.

Our 15-Year Long Service Award

danzbuddies sharing the recognition of fifteen years of long service to Moulmein Grassroots activities. The 15-Year Long Service Award from People's Association was presnted to us at Moulmein National Day Dinner held on Saturday August 11th 2012.

Details of new dances to be shared this week are as follows:

- 'Reh Gehege Wege Pflege Schrage Sage-Tanz'  by Rene Claus - it's a long title and so, we'll shorten it to  'Reh Gehege Wege...' . 56 count, 4 wall, intermediate level dance with 2 tags.  Song is a nice danceable number called the 'Rehgehegesong' by Dornrosen.

-'Lovely Cha' by Nancy Lee.  32 count, 4 wall beginner level dance. An easy nice cha cha cha dance. Music is 'Chacha Mu Chacha' from the 'Giants of Latin Blue Midnight' album. Note the 64-count intro section BEFORE the main dance.

- ' Aiko Aiko' by Marie Sorensen. 32 count, 4 wall, beginner level dance with one tag. An easier dance than 'Aiko Shako' - using the same song 'Aiko Aiko' by Kurt Darren.

A New Logo for Arts & Culture Promotion....

We attended the Launch Ceremony of the new logo for promotion of Arts & Culture in Singapore. Also witnessed the launch of the Jalan Besar Heritage Trail and Pioneers Art Exhibition....

- 'Here For You' by Gaye Teather. 32 count, 2 wall, beginner level dance. Steps are easy. Song used for the dance  is  'I'll Be Here For You' by Dave Sheriff. A great 'friendship' song with beautiful lyrics.......

- 'Ur Cheating Heart'  by Lesley Clark.  64 count, 4 wall,, beginner level dance with 1 restart. Song used is 'Your Cheating Heart'  by LeAnn Rimes. A somewhat easier dance to this familiar song.

- 'Eres Tu'  by Alison Biggs & Peter Metelnick. 64 count, 2 wall,   intermediate level dance.  Song used is 'Eres Tu' by Prince Royce.
