Sunday, October 31stOur Sunday danzbuddies joined the FLC Makan Club participants in a most enjoyable 'Vietnamese Cooking Workshop' followed by a Luncheon. Ms Rebecca Truong from Ho Chi Ming City, assisted by Mary from Hanoi shared with us their recipes for Boiled 'Broken Rice', Veitnamese Chicken and Ham Salad.....
The Cooking Workshop was organised jointly by Moulmein Family Life Champions and San Yu Adventist School. A big thank you to Mr. Tang, Principal of San Yu Adventist School for arranging for the Vietnamese 'experts' to share with us their cooking skills........
