danzbuddies Wednesday Class - new dances

20th May 2009

hi danzbuddies,

REMINDER - we are starting the new 8-week module from today. Please remind your friends who are interested to join the class to sign up.

Also, we are having a makan party to celebrate the start of the new module - all are welcome, bring a dish and share in the fun.

Here are details of the dances to be taught this week.

- 'Mama Maria' by Frank Trace. 32 count, 4 wall. Beginner level dance. Really easy dance. Strong beat in the song 'Mama Maria' by Ricchi E Povert.

- 'A Touch of Chemistry' by Robert Lindsay. 48 count, 4 wall. Intermediate level with 2 tags and 1 Restart. Not too difficult, except at the part getting into wall 5 - don't forget to do the '&' count and quickly get into the cross twinkle.....Song - 'Chemistry' is by Velvet.

- 'Senseless Cha' by Neville Fitzgerald & Julie Harris. 64 count, 4 wall. Intermediate level. A popular dance around town. Good song 'Love Me Senseless' by Agnes. A bit challenging but should not be a big problem for most of you.

- 'Cico Cico' by Kenny Teh. 32 count, 4 wall. 3 tags....Beginner level. Very easy dance.
Song used is 'Cico Cico remix version by Gio Valeriani

We will bring back an old favourite:

- 'Urban Grace' by Masters in Line. 32 count, 2 wall. Beginner level. Keith Urban's song 'But For The Grace Of God' is well suited for the dance.
