Sunday 2010, 28th February
It was 'chap go meh' and danzbuddies, family members and friends came together to give a 'grand finale' to the Lunar New Year Celebration and at the same time have a belated 'Valentine's Day celebration.
Organised by Tanglin CC Women's Executive Committee, the event attracted a capacity crowd of 110 line dancers and friends, all of whom came so nicely dressed, mostly in auspicious colours.
It was nice indeed to see everybody so happy and enjoying the good company and, of course, the good food - there was a nice buffet spread from 'Pines Catering' and two nice hot desserts from the 'White Room' cafe.
Best of all, there was the free flow of beer from the 'beer counter' - what better way to celebrate the new 'Tiger Year' than to drink plenty of Tiger Beer - three cheers to that!

Our "Valentine's Day" corner was a hot favourite with many for photo shots and Alan and William were happy to oblige.......
The finalists for the "Lovebirds of the Year" contest are as follows:
The winners of the 'Lovebirds of the Year' award are Alan and Margaret.
While the others just stand and 'show show', Alan and his darling showed some 'action' - on the dancefloor, of course.
And, the finalists for the "Miss Valentine" Award are as follows.........
And the winnner of the "Mr. Valentine" Award is...........
A big 'THANK YOU' to all of you for making this party such a success .
