Our Goldhill NC Ukulele & Sing-along Club received a warm reception from participants at the Moulmein Family Day Event at O'Leary's. Guest-of-Honour - RADM (NS) Lui Tuck Yew came over to take a group photo with the Ukulele buddies......
The Ukulele and Sing-along group kept the crowd of 220 participants entertained a repertoire of popular songs during dinner time.
The ukulele buddies only came together in November 2009 and in these few short months, their membership has grown and their repertoire of songs is also growing to include nearly a hundred songs.
We welcome anyone who is keen in taking up this fascinating hobby - most of us started with zero knowledge of how to play the ukulele and have been able to play the instrument after a few lessons. So, come join us - even if you know nuts about playing any musical instrument......
