Thursday, October 1, 2009Many of our danzbuddies gathered tonight at the Orchard Hotel Grand Ballroom to join danzbuddies Alan and Margaret in celebrating the wedding of son Colin and Joyce. What a glamorous affair it was - the whole Ballroom was filled up with so many beautiful people. The danzbuddies came dressed to the nines - they look so glamorous, some were hardly recognisable We usually see them in jeans and Ts at line dance sessions and tonight it was a delight to see them all in their pretty evening dresses......
Time came for the grand entrance of the "Couple of the Night" and what a sight - Colin and Joyce both looked stunning as they walked up the aisle and up on stage for the various ceremonies. The "other" couple of the night - mom Margaret and dad Alan also looked stunning in their nice outfits.....
The families of the bride and groom came around, we took more photographs, drank more red wine and ate up all the great dishes presented. And all too soon, it was time to say farewell.....
