Hi danzbuddies,
Here are details of the new dances to be shared in our Wednesday class:
- 'Rock A Billy Rock' by Francien Sittrop. 32 count, 4 wall, beginner level. Three tags , 16-count each. Using a nice Rock 'N' Roll song 'Rock A Billy' by Guy Mitchell, it is an easy and enjoyable 'no-stress' type of dance.
- 'Sin City Swing' by Gary Lafferty. 48 count, 2 wall, beginner level. Another easy to learn 'Rock 'N' Roll ' type dance . Song used is 'Viva Las Vegas' by 'She is The King' (never heard of these people before!)
- 'Koodepakaway' by Ria Vos. 64 count, 4 wall. The step-sheet says it is beginner/intermediate - to me, its more an intermediate level dance - with some rather unusual dance steps and fairly fast music. Its going to require a bit of effort to get all the moves right, but will be worth the while at the end - an interesting dance with an interesting song - 'Mighty Koodepakaway' by Rob Rio.
And for this Christmas, we are introducing :
- 'Swingin' Home For Christmas' by Marie Sorensen. 32 count, 2 wall, easy beginner level. Great song 'Swingin' Home For Christmas' by the Tractors. Steps are real easy, music has a strong beat - should be a good one for our Christmas Party.
