here are details of new dances we shall be sharing for this week:

- 'Blue Cha' by Fred Buckley & Vivienne Scott. 32 count, 4 wall, beginner level dance. Danced to a very nice country song 'Blue Cafe' by Major Dundee. Steps are very easy - a truly no stress dance.

- 'Mexicoma' by Patti Bullock. 64 count, 2 wall intermediate dance. No tags, no restarts. Using another great country track - 'Mexicoma' by Bucky Covington. The dance steps are simple to master and go well with the music.

- 'Dirty Dirty Dance' by Ross Brown. 64 count, 2 wall, intermediate level dance. Song used is a number by Enrique Iglesias from his Euphoria album - 'Dirty Dancer. The song is quite fast but the dance steps have been made easy to make the dance an enjoyable one.

- 'A La Playa' by Irene Groundwater. 32 count, 4 wall, beginner level dance. Using that familiar number - 'A La Playa' by SBS. Steps are cute and fun . Another no stress dance....
