danzbuddies Wednesday Class - dances for the week

hi danzbuddies,

here are details of dances we shall be intrducing for next Wednesday class:

- 'Benidorm Boogie' by Jan Owen Smith. 64 count, 4 wall, intermediate level. No tag , no restart. Danced to a great track from Dave Sheriff - Benidorm Boogie'. Although at 64 counts, the dance routine is fairly simple and goes well with the song.

- 'Don't Cry For Me' by Wil Bos & Roy Verdonk.64 count, 2 wall, intermediate level dance. No tag no restart. Song used is 'Don't Cry For Me" by Andy Tielman. Steps are easy with many similar and repetative 'turn, step and scuff' moves.

- 'Pack Up & Tip Toe' by Pat & Lizzie Stot. 64 count, 2 wall, intermediate level. No tag, no restart. Using 'Pack Up' song by Eliza Doolittle. A nice choreography with some cute steps.

We shall be sharing anither recently introduced dance on Friday:

- 'Alright Girl' by Frank Trace. 32 count, 4 wall, Beginner level . No tag no restart. Using an old favourite rock n roll number "But It's Alright' by Huey Lewis & The News. Steps are very easy.

Also featured will be the following dances which were shared during South Australia's Peter & Liz Heath visit over the weekend:

- 'Pardon Me' by Georgina Walsh. 32 count, 4 wall, beginner level dance. No tag, no restart. Nice song 'Fool Such As I' by Elvis Presley. We are using the version by Jason Donovan.

- 'My New Life' byJohn Offermans. 48 count, 4 wall, beginner level dance. No tag, no restart. Song used is 'High Class Lady' by The Lennerockers - a great 'heavy-beat' rock n roll number. Goes well with the steps.
