Our danzbuddies were still very much in a celebrating mood when we got together for Tanglin CC 's 'Welcome 2009' New Year Celebration Party - and as with our previous Christmas Party (Dec 12th) and New Year Eve Count Down Party (Dec 31st), it was another 'sell-out event, thanks to the overwhelming support from members and friends.
Participants appreciated the table-seating arrangement, the great buffet spread, free flow of wine, hot and cold drinks and bananas. The buffet dinner was again catered by Pines Food Services. For those who had asked about them, here are the details of the company.

Leng used to work with Smiling Orchid which used to be our regular caterers. She left to become a Director of Pines Catering and we went along to Pines as she is really good with her service and always gives good value for money.
For our party, we paid $6.00 per head for a good spread of mee siam, sweet n sour chicken, sambal fish fillet, fried tau-hu in rojak sauce, vegetarian nonya chap-chye, Thai Pineapple fried rice and for desert - Thai jasmine Jelly, mmm .....yummy yum!
